The ride is incredible. On the cosmic series boards constructed of hard rock maple wood, cold climate maple has been the tested standard in skateboard construction. Designed with a red maple leaf logo the corresponding number indicates the number of plies used in that board. The Cosmic Series boards constructed of Fiberglass/Maple are stamped with a black maple leaf utilize the construction of 10-ounce and 4-plies of maple. Sidewinder Series - Sand Wedge Boards These boards are all about the patented trucks. They have two pivot points which allow the trucks to turn twice as sharp and fast as a standard truck. The Sidewinder trucks sit a bit higher off the ground then other boards, in order to offset this a flush mount drop through of the truck has been incorporated into the board.
